March 22, 2020 - From SFVery friendly customer service. Felt a little pressured with the reservations. Originally the website said to reserve and hold a spot without any payment commitment but when I did that I got a call less then 24 hours asking for payment to reserve the spot. We were caught off hand with the closures of the school due to COVID19 and I wasn't sure when I could get a flight and get my car in storage. I just felt a little pressure. Overall the service was great.
