May 25, 2020 - From SFExcellent customer service here! Was in contact with us prior to renting to set up a meet time. Only reason they are not getting 5 stars is that they make you buy their lock. We had already bought one & had extra keys made only to discover it would not fit & we had to buy one from them- additional $20. Love that it is near University Park for summer storage & they found us a larger unit for less rent. Win- win!
