Boomer was a great help, he showed patience with us, and his professionalism was outstanding. Like the building and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s location. Easy to get to storage rooms and the carts were a plus as well.

the grounds are well maintained and I rarely see any loose trash floating about. maybe a styrofoam cup or piece of paper that the wind got a hold of. Well lit after sunset. I haven't noticed in the year plus I've had a unit any "ne'er-do-wells" loitering in the area. And the place has robust gates plus the cameras and numerous flood lights. The I20 interstate rebuild project hasn't presented any difficulties accessing the place. The brains for that project and the detours etc. arranged for such a dynamic project score "outstanding" in my opinion. There is always at least one north-south street open for one to pass thru the construction. And the detour routed traffic on the nearby streets flows well and no gridlock. rush typical. And the prices at least for me moving from a unit in the highlands area to metro save $30 a month for a much larger unit that is clean and dry. My metro unit is an outside unit. The inside is clean and organized with a spacious office area and air conditioning is above satisfactory. Relatively new building/units. Boomer the current manager (aug2019) has always been friendly and courteous.
