Public Storage - Bee Cave - 3911 Ranch Road 620 S

I recently purchased a small, short-term storage space. The transaction was quick and easy -- although the video-representative kiosk rental process was a little painful. The storage space was immediately available; clean; convenient; and very cost-effective (particularly given storage unit rental prices in central Austin!!). While the video-representative kiosk process was a little awkward, it did enable me to get into my unit super-fast, and was, in the final analysis, pretty convenient.

Public Storage in Bee Cave and manager Luanne really went overboard helping me get the right size storage room and for a fair price compared to what I had before at another storage facility. Luanne is always polite, energetic, and want to help you if you have any issues with your storage room. I had to switch twice now from large to small and Luanne helped my moving to be more pleasant. Best storage facility around.

Kristina displayed the chracteristics of an exemplary manager that excelled in customer service and efficiency. She went out of her way to ensure my move-in was seamless by supporting my team to her fullest capability. I will not hesitate to recommend this storage facility to all my family and friends.
