July 03, 2025 - From SFMixed review - The manager, Fred, is very helpful and calls back when you leave a message - however it's frustrating to have to call every time there is an issue, because nobody is in the office during office hours. The elevators are awful - the app almost never works and my stuff got stuck in an elevator for almost 30 minutes. I like the drive-in bay & the natural lighting. It seems clean.

September 09, 2024 - From SFStaff at the storage facility was friendly and helpful. Unit was clean. Price was decent in comparison to going rates at other storage facilities at this time. Reserving online was easy using Spare Foot in comparison to using the companies website (Public Storage).
