July 24, 2024 - From SFThis storage facility has the most helpful and friendliest staff. "V" is pleasant, informative, and willing to ensure the customer is satisfied. The male staff person (whose name I can't recall) also goes above and beyond for their customers. The facility is very clean, cool as it's climate controlled, and easily accessible. The area feels safe as well. I'm a new customer to this facility and I will be a returning customer based on my experience thus far.

October 11, 2023 - From SFPublic storage seems like such a sheisty business and coming up here this evening to get a unit, I had that mindset. But the staff there ispelled all my fears. I've not gotten attentive and polite service like this in so long. They were friendly and polite and I ran in 3 mins before their listed close time because I was coming from my job across town. They still took their time to attend to me and walk me through everything. Feels less like service for a storage and more like a fancy hotel. Hopefully the price holds up later
