Very good experience, the staff was very helpful

My schedule for moving kept changing and they were very accommodating to send me reminders. I'd contact them to give them updates and there were no issues in keeping the 2 storage units I had reserved prior to me signing a contract or giving them any down-payment. Donna was very helpful on moving day.

I called on December 23rd looking for a spot for my camper starting the very next day. I found the facility to be clean, organized, and visually pleasing. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Tight parking space, but doable. Staff was helpful even though it was Corona virus time. Other patrons were friendly and offered to move their cars while they were loading/unloading in order to make room for my truck and trailer to load. Looks like a clean place, but there is an incredible dip after the building going into the open parking area, so be careful of that.

Hidden costs when you get there (monthly insurance policy and you need to buy their lock to avoid additional possible hassles). Staff was helpful and friendly.
