May 28, 2024 - From SFThe facility and the people thus far have been great. Moving in not as much fun and I am expecting the same moving out. The lower doors and elevator each have a 6 digit code you need to enter every time you need to use it, and you are not allowed to keep them open, which means you can only move very small loads at a time that you can fit on your cart and then you need to keep putting the codes in. This cost me an additional $300 in labor. Recommendation: for larger moves, allow to schedule a move-in / out to where the elevator and doors can be locked open to allow for a faster/smoother move process.
