Everything is paved, and well lighted. Unit was as advertised, no surprises!

New facility and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

It's a little weird not interacting with a person, but the guy who manages the facility was instrumental in our taking a unit. He told us about the RV and Boat storage area, which was exactly what was needed. We didn't find any information about these spaces online. We only stopped in to see if there were other options. Glad we did! My ratings based on the following finding: Pricing - pretty high by comparison to other RV storage units, even after the first two months discount. But do appreciate that the units are enclosed, and close to our location. Cleanliness - There was a lot of 'cotton' from local trees on the floor when we moved in. Not a big deal. Customer service - full credit to your person on site, as we would not have found these units without talking to him. We are happy with the space and location, and will take on a second space if there are any decent two unit pricing offers in the future.
