Everything is OK! The only reason why i rated 4 stars is the price of the lock being sold! I think it's quite expensive! Also, your online pricing is quite deceiving! You should at least put that the price is exclusive of Admin cost, tax and insurance! You are marketing it only to be $1 on the first month and yet after those costs the total becomes almost the indicated price already!! That's NOT a good marketing strategy!

This is my first time renting a storage and as a new customer I am happy. At first I wanted to rent a 5x5 because we don't really have much stuff. But Jasmine insist that we get a 5x10 when we told her we have a Full/Queen size bed. When she showed us the room we were positive we can make it work with 5x5 when she showed us the next size up it changed our mind. My boyfriend and I decided to get th 5x10 instead. After our appointment I told her for sure we were going to move in on Thursday because my boyfriend is off and I can put him to work lol.. Unfortunately, we weren't able to move in because since my name is on there I would have to be the one to sign paperwork.. I was worried that the space would be taken and that they wouldn't hold it for us. But they were kind to hold it til Saturday (my day off) to sign paperwork etc. Jasmin explain everything to me and showed me the room to make sure it was the space that I wanted. She even let me put my own lock and lock it. I was very satisfied walking out of there and knowing that it's a safe area to store my stuff. Thanks again!

I rent here and I think this property is really well kept. It's clean and hardly any traffic here. The property manager, jasmine does a great job maintaining the facility!
