Public Storage - Oak Creek - 9810 S 27th Street

Though the garage door on the container was a little rickety, the space was clean and ready for me. Move-in was easy, and I love using the phone app to access the facility. My car fit with room for other stuff. The price was a little high, but what isn't these days? Though I never spoke with anyone, the online registration and automated communication were top-notch. I guess we don't need humans after all :)

My move-in went smoothly. The unit was clean, but the rust on the metal cladding on either side of the overhead door looks to have eaten through the fasteners attaching the siding to the structure. There are a number of openings that would allow vermin to enter the unit. Hopefully since it's a locked and covered car in the unit it won't be of any interest to them, but I'm concerned that they can easily come in and nest in the sheltered area. The manager of the unit was very friendly and helpful, and her instructions on where to find the unit and how to enter/exit were clear and easy to follow.
