10 Federal Storage - Hwy 42 S

We arrived bright and early on Saturday with movers to help us unload two 26ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ U-Hauls and we could not get the gate to open. I was told the numerous times that I called we would just need to use the QR code or text open to the phone number posted. We tried everything and nothing worked! We could not reach anyone with customer service until 10am only to find out our access code was not correct! We wasted an hour waiting for Customer Service all because our access code was wrong. The gentleman on the phone got it changed and we were in the gate in less than 10 minutes! The only thing that took so long was trying to reach someone at customer service. After that it was smooth sailing and the text to open the gate does work and we love that. The only thing thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s disappointing is that we paid for movers to help us and we wasted an hour of that time trying to open the gate. Other than that I love the technology with this storage place!

Easy, great pricing around the surrounding areas, all ground level drive up, no stairs or elevators like my previous storage.

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m new to Georgia, got totally lost looking for this place, ended up going to 2 other storage unit and they were the wrong locations lol

The units are clean . The war he accesses is by far my favorite . Anyone who works has like mine . You dont have option of getting there before 8 r 9 PM. Great place highly recommend
