January 25, 2023 - From SFListen, this is my first day renting space here and all seems well thus far but this Review is specifically for the customer CARE that I received in storing my trailer. When I shown the parking spot, I did not think that I would be able to park my trailer, in fact, I was about a few seconds from canceling the reservation and asking for a refund....but Tee encouraged me that I would be able to do it and that she knew for sure that it could be done. Listen, when I tell you she guided me through this whole process of maneuvering my trailer into this space, that had a vehicle right next to it, she did it and did it well. She was very patient, encouraging and on point as she guided me into the spot. I would not have been able to do it without her assistance! So thank you, Tee!!! I know you said this wasn't your normal location, but God knew I was going to need a lil guidance today. God Bless you!!
