Great manager went out of her way to help me out of a real tough situation.

It was a little hard to find our storage unit at first. Once we did everything was easy. I had said a 5x10 unit but ended up with a 5x5. Which was ok because with all the added fees it really wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t $15.00 a month but 60 something a month. I do think that is a high price.

The is no lighting in my unit. You need to search in the unit with a flashlight!!!

I closed out my old storage #1018 and the same day I got a notice that it had gone up from $190 to $224. When I first signed up less than 6 months ago, it was $167, that would of made it a $50 in less than 6 months. Now I have #3310 at $243 plus tax in insurance. If that goes up in 3 months, I will sure be looking for a new place to move my belongings. Several of my neighbors store their items in you facility and they are telling me that the price went up to them and they are looking. The cost of living has gone up but $100 a year is absolutely ridiculous.
