the on duty manager Sue was so very help full and willing to come in early on sat if need be,but i was able to get there on friday,to sign the paperwork and then she was there after hours for me.....GREAT JOB BY HER

Staff was very nice and accommodating. However I am concerned about the apparent lack of respect for patron's privacy. I was told information, unsolicited, about another customer, that just should not have been bandied about in conversation.

Kathy was outstanding!! The service she delivered was friendly, courteous, informative and she went out her way to help me with my pets. Extremely hot that day, she made sure we had cold water to drink and our pets too. Kathy even let our pets in the office so they wouldn't get sick or die from the heat that day. She saved them! I can't thank her enough. Extremely satisfied and will highly recommend!!
