    I reached out to the facility manager, Michelle regarding a lost phone. Michelle was kind, helpful and empathetic considering our situation. We had the privilege of overhearing "Christian" work his magic on the phone, providing exceptional customer service to whomever he was helping on the phone, while we waited in the lobby for Michelle to review camera footage. Since I pay my storage on-line I never go into the office, so I never realized how wonderful the staff is here. In the end, we did find our phone, so it was a win win outcome.
