    The people are very nice and helpful. I was a little surprised during the pandemic that I got a call 2 days after my bill was due for a reminder for payment. I know people need to do their jobs, but perhaps a little bit more time before that call would have been appreciated. As a small business owner who uses my storage for my business, this is not my first priority right now.

    Our experience with the local Cube Smart Store was very positive. Over the last year we had a total of three different units as we downsized our home. The store manager, Carol, and the assistant manager were most helpful and sensitive to our needs. The units were clean, secure and all the paperwork was very professionally done. The whole facility was excellently maintained. Overall, we were very satisfied our self-storage experience and would recommend Cube Smart to Others.
