    Good clean storage BUT and big BUT, they raise the monthly EVERY YEAR. So if your in a garage unit, don't get comfortable. Clean out your "stuff" and down size for the things you cannot part with otherwise you will end up paying way too much for things you probably will never use again....Frustrating.
