Paying my bill just got easier. I went in to pay. I had to wait a few mins for the girl that works there to come back from lunch. She helped me download the app and set up a payment method so that I never have to wait again. Thanks Susie.

This location is great and mostly due to staff. They take the time to really explain how it all works. I recently received a rate increase after one year of storing. I understand everything is going up so I called them and Suzy was able to help get a discounted rate for a few months while I go through all my stuff and she found me smaller unit that was actually more suitable for me since I hadn’t really packed and organized my original unit. She is saving me so much money.
