Clean facility friendly people love it here

We just started renting here on saturday and we encountared a gate issue. No one was here when we got here with a truck full of items at 7 am. We waited for the office to open as soon as the property manager got here she went out of her way to help my wife and I. She smiled and apoligzed for the issue and understanding our situation my wife wanted to discontinue the service with public storage but because of Gloriana’s help she changed her mind. I’ll be writing a detailed email to the corporate offices to know that she handled multiple customers at once, many of them not so kind but she still managed to help all of us, publis storage should be more hands on when an issue like this occurs but more than anything they should have Managers that care about their property and customers the way gloria provided her help and service. On that note i hope coprate appreciates her because they will be hearing for me! Thank. You gloria and team
