    I had such an amazing experience at the Euclid location. Brianna went above and beyond every time for me. I went in to ask a non public storage question and Brianna did everything she could to help. She's always so kind. Please send my best regards to her. she is amazing!

    All I’m going to say is during my current situation having to obtain storage has been devastating!! BUT being greeted by CLARISSA first was a truly bringing my anxiety way down!!! She was patient and truly understanding!!! However, the test was truly when Desiree (Dezeray) and I met!!! I’m truly grateful for her because I truly have been sticking with my situation and she truly has been soo reassuring, patient and kind while others have been cruel to me!! Both women are beyond amazing and I hope that others can see that they are truly amazing and knowledgeable alongside with being hard workers!!! I love their facility and they’re always a quick scream Away to help my crazy stops when I lose my keys lol!!!

    This place is clean and well maintained I had a unit here for about 5 months now and I never had any issue. The employees are super friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. Big Thanks to Desiree, she goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome and comfortable! 5 Stars to her too!
