I?ve rented multiple storage units across the country, and I can honestly say that nothing compares to the experience we had with Stephen Gifford at ExtraSpace. Initially we were hesitant because the unit was on the third floor, and it was pouring rain, but it could not have been easier! The leasing process was smooth and lasted just long enough for the rain to stop. Stephen showed us the best place to park and went out of his way to make unloading easier for us from the doors to the elevator, he even took a moment to show us how to use the cylinder lock and brought us water half way through. The building is clearly secure and climate controlled, there are multiple carts to help you unload, and the elevator is easy access. We were blown away by this facility and Stephen?s incredible service! 10 out of 10, would recommend.
