    I just had an amazing experience renting a storage unit. Melisa was the person working with my wife and I. She took the time to answer all of my questions. Throughout the entire process Melisa had pleasant personality along with a great smile.     Clean & in a convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff - from initial check-in to whenever you need anything onsite. We’ve been here almost 2 years, today we were reminded again why we chose this Public Storage — on-duty staff Melissa saw us chasing a soiled napkin that got wind-blown out of our car and offered to trash it for us, she was also super helpful with our questions!

    I have rented a space for about two years. The rent increases have been ridiculous. They painted and raised the rent $100. This year they didn’t bother painting or changing anything and raised the rent again. Another $100. $657 a month for a 10x20 unit. I had to move to a smaller unit. The only reason I am giving 5 stars is for Gabby the onsite worker who made the switch very easy. I called found out what was available, made arrangements to meet her to sign the new agreement and then started moving units. She was very professional on the phone and in person. The rent increases deserve a 1 star review. Just a total money grab for nothing extra.
