Had a hard time finding my unit, the map was different from the location. Had to make several call to make sure I was at the right location.

I needed a storage facility immediately. Called several with no results due to no one answering my call, unavailabelity, and one place was actually very rude to me. I googled again and the results I received is absolutely what I needed. So very easy to apply and questions to the point without being redundant as 2 other places were. Its so amazing to finally get exactly what I desperately needed exactly AS I needed it. Immediate occupation availability was such a huge help without even one minute of waiting in line.
