CubeSmart Self Storage

I have rented a space for a couple years and the customer service has always been friendly and great. Units are clean and secure with good access and gate times. Have had some issues with cleaning Crew and dust blowing in bottom and top of door. Best to put a tarp up inside to stop. Mostly satisfied with storage facility. That being said it’s Upsetting I get rent increases each year. Asking for reduction has helped sometimes. However one of my units was quite a large increase and was not reduced at all. Not only that the advertised price for a 5 foot larger unit at the time was $15 less that what my new rent would be. This just isn’t right!!!

Staff is always great and friendly. Hard to pay online if have multiple units. Cost is getting abit high.

Cubesmart has great customer service. From the moment I rented the storage unit to when I notified them about moving out; they have been friendly and respond quickly. I rented the smallest storage unit available because I only had about 15 boxes to store. When I moved in, it was clean; my only problem was that they could have done a better job cleaning the spiders and their webs out from the last renter. Another issue with the unit was that the light bulb didn't work. Other than the spider webs and light bulb issue, I had a great experience using Cubesmart and would use them again in the future.
