    I was helped by Melissa who gave me excellent service beyond my expectations. She helped me transition from one location to another seamlessly and made everything as carefree as possible. The facility was clean and secure which was exactly what I needed for my items. She never complained any of the several times I forgot my gate code :-) and answered all of my questions to make sure I was a well-informed customer. If I ever have need for storage in the future, I would definitely go back here!!

    This storage facility would be a place to recommend except that they refuse to move the access keypads so you do not have to get out of your car to enter your code each time you enter or exit. It certainly does not support disabled people or anybody that uses a walker or such. By the time you get back in your car the gate is coming back. It is also an inconvenience when it is cold or rainy.
