He has helped me in countless ways over the years, from problems with my units to helping me push one of my cars when it had mechanical problems. He is the Sole reason I stay with Public as there are much better properties and rates available.

    Out experience was very, very pleasant. We were so impressed with the young man that helped us we talked about it all day. We rented a storage unit on Friday March 21,2014. The young man on duty had a fabulous presence and amazing customer service skills. He was very knowledgeable and accomadating! He made our experience one we won't ever forget. We will surely recommend this location simply because of the AMAZING customer service we received from this employee. If this is his normal service, he deserve a raise snd promotion to customer service trainer. He is truly an ASSET to your company.

    I've had a unit here over a year and I could honesty say that I'm very pleased with the pricing and the staff. I've never had a problem in fact if anything I've been helped several times. I also appreciate their kind courtesy call reminding me of my next payment. Always very understanding especially "Robert" he is by far a amazing example of how customers service should be.
