We finally got fed up with our lack of storage place at home and decided to look around time for options. Cubesmart had good reviews, was close by, and had a deal going if you reserved online. We were able to reserve in just a few minutes and then pop right over there to sign. They took us to the unit first to make sure we were satisfied, and the account setup took only a few additional minutes on site. It was fast, friendly, and efficient.

Jen, the manager is great. She was easy to work with and very helpful.

First of all the customer service was great- and FREE use of moving truck to help move the big stuff! I had called around and decided to switch my storage to cube smart on Orlando Ave in Roseville because not only do they have great prices, but the facility is safe, clean, well maintained, great gate hours, and offered me super convenient options for moving in and out. Most of all the customer service was impeccable EVERY time I called or came in. The employees and manager I dealt with were polite and knowledgeable, and the security was great- (never omce saw anyone hanging out all day, or living, sleeping etc like you see at other storages). I would definitely choose this Cube Smart again for any storage needs I have- I highly recommend them.

I used this facility about 5 years ago and was very pleased with the customer service and facility; so when I got stuck in a renting crisis I turned to this facility again. George was extremely helpful and compassionate towards me and my family. He even stayed later to help me get checked in. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We have never had any issues with cleanliness, access or security. More companies need employees like him!! He treats you like family; not just a paying customer and this means alot when you have children involved and your stress level is on over load. When we no longer needed the unit I had the pleasure of meeting Daniel. He was just as friendly and helpful. From beginning to end I am pleased with the service I received. In my opinion this facility is doing everything right! Great employees, customer service, cleanliness, etc. I never had to worry about my things as we took the time to get our lives back on track. If I ever am in need of a storage unit again I will be returning here, there's no doubt about it! 5 star rating!!! Thank you again George and Daniel!!
