Extra Space Storage

It's my first time at a storage place and the employee "Steve" was really friendly and helpful I recommend you try extra space storage to keep your things.

I will highly recommend this storage place to anyone that is either moving or just needs extra place. Highly secure, I felt as if we had entered the future of our world. Only accessible through their app if you want to enter the building as well as open your storage door. Steve that was working on labor day, helped me out thoroughly and was very nice. Showed me how to work the app that was entirely new to me. My experience was awesome.

Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Steve. He was kind enough to help show me around the facility, and to locate my unit, and how to operate the app. He also notified me that I should not have been charged extra for a lock from signing up online, and was able to refund me for the extra charge. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with the service I received and so far. Thanks Steve!

I had a wonderful experience with the two people that work in the office they were courteous they were respectful and they knew what they were doing and I would have given five stars if it wasn't for the minor glitch with the app
