I've had my unit here for a long time, and the manager here is AMAZING!

I felt that my things were secure and had no trouble getting into my space or out of it. I would definitely store my things here again.

I absolutely positively don’t know how to describe this place it’s soooo super awesome and believable or not the place cool but what I’m referring to is SARAH ?????? I absolutely positively don’t know with out any doubt know what I would do without her . She is somewhat my side counselor lol when it comes down to the unit because I’m building a house and she knows single handily the stress it sometimes comes but she is the greatest person I have met in a supportive super times. Thank you SARAH ???? and Thank you extra space for the most clean award winning storage facility ever and having a wonderful person with a wonderful heart ?? Thank you ??

Best customer service experience I’ve ever received.

World Class! When I arrived, Sarah was headed to lunch but because of her attentiveness, she asked if I was coming to visit the office! She happily and willingly delayed her lunch and reopened the office to share information and show me a unit! She listened to my intent and made an outstanding recommendation! I chose to do business with her and Extra Space on the spot due to her professionalism! She is an outstanding Brand Ambassador! The next day when I was moving gear in, my wife arrived to help! Dameon accompanied her to the unit versus telling her how to get to me! Longer carts, easy access, talented staff! I feel like I made a great choice beyond the substantial savings monthly I am realizing for the same space compared to my previous storage provider!
