Extra Space Storage

Great customer service, very courteous and respectful staff. Good location and very well protected with security entrance. Only reason I give 4 stars, is because being that unit is on upper level and elevators aren’t very large to fit everything upstairs plus having a 3 bedroom, would’ve preferred something on lower level to easily unload items. Other than that, experience is extraordinary.

Would have been a good experience but when they messed up I had to pay for it. I prepaid three months and selected autopay. I would come to find out later they did not enter my information correctly so my phone number was wrong by one digit and autopay was never imputed. Due to this representative’s error I was not aware when my payment was not going through. The email was in junk, my phone number was not correct and the way I found out about it was a red zip tie when I came back in town to get items from the unit. I was weeks away from unknowingly having my things auctioned off. I paid the remaining balance immediately and went in person to make sure my information was correct. Even after I PREPAID for three months, they charged me a lock cutting fee, another fee and had raised the rate. The representative was very nice and took a small prorated amount off and I had very good experiences with them during the move in process when a mirror shattered and they helped me clear and clean it. The carts and ac were helpful. The potential homeless patrons were a little unsettling but other than being alone in a warehouse any feeling a little on edge no fellow customer was ever personally threatening to me. If a company makes a mistake of that magnitude I would think I would not have to be the one paying for it. If not for the couple hundred dollars of damage the experience itself would most likely be four stars.

By far the nicest facility we toured. Clean, air conditioning felt cool inside the climate controlled units and the space was perfect. Margie was so incredibly helpful and got us set up quickly! Thank you!
