Extra Space Storage

My small business requires me to utilize storage a lot and this particular location is closest for my needs. The facility is always clean and well lit. Some other storages are dark and do not generally feel safe but this one is not only large, but on my particular floor there are no "dark hidden areas". This is important to me because of the location on Lee Rd. There are a lot of homeless people in this part of town but the security is top-notch (need code to enter and use the elevators) and Tasha, the property manager, is always around and knows just about everyone. I always get greeted and acknowledged. She even takes the time to ask me how business is doing and I know she is very busy cleaning and doing other things. Recently, I received a rental increase and I understand with inflation, these things are normal business things and when I brought it to Tasha's attention, she was so knowledgeable, but more importantly, she helped me through the situation by giving me some different options. I appreciate the genuine sincerity. I am so pleased that I have recommended my brother to the Tampa location!
