Juan was courteous from making a call this morning to my visit at te facility. He explained the different price plans. The unit was cleaned and in good condition. He explained everything well, took the time to showed me the unit, how to use the key and how to access the gate.

Everything was seamless. Did everything online, and was also called to make sure I understood the process. Juan answered all my questions, and was very helpful when I got to their location. Thanks you All for a wonderful experience!!

It’s a little inconvenient that there’s no easy option to add multiple units in multiple areas to the same account. I still haven’t figured it out. I have to jump through hoops just to pay my bills online on two separate units. Not much online support which is a downfall. Their website just guides you in circles with no explanation as to how to add multiple units to one acct. The staff is super friendly and the units are nice and secure.
