Extra Space Storage

Today (2023/02/19) the door is wide open. Don’t know the reason. Put one star for attention from officers. Updated as four stars now. Below are previous one. Avoid lady! Actually she was the first one registered me, but 2nd day, I found that she forgot to give me the locker, even she didn’t agree with me, but she gave me a locker first. Thank her for that. When I found the unit she gave to me was a unit for disabled people, I asked for a switch, she refused, another man did for me. Very appreciate it! Today when I came here, someone followed me to the building, the man in office came out and stopped him, when complete, I came to office to thank him, this lady came out, said that I was the one gave one star review. Apparently she relied on notifications to look at reviews, didn’t notice that I had updated my review the next day. She is the one “only” looking at negative sides. Avoid to do anything a little harder with current system, like switching a unit. Below are my previous reviews: New one, relatively cheaper. But need time to make it mature. E.g. Blank floor plan, that you don’t know where exactly you are. No trash can, even inside the controlled area. You don’t know where to trash the old stuff from previous owners. If you are the first time here, take a picture of the floor plan with all the units on it in office, to avoid spending time to find the way to your unit. When you leave, you have to get off your car and key in your code, let the gate open for your car. The extra space between the keypads and the gate, makes you have to back up your car, before you can drive your car to pass the gate. The locker, when unlocked, not attached to anywhere, can easily be lost. Everything else is pretty good. Nice and clean, friendly and helpful. Intentionally put one star for eye balling, will update to 4 stars in a month.

Nelson and team are very friendly and gave me great tips on how to get the best value for my storage. The units are clean and well-lit.

Nice new and clean facility. Staff was very helpful when moving in. BE AWARE: if you got a good starter rate, they will raise it after a few months. I expected a modest increase but they raised my rate by over 50%!!! It's still a half decent rate but I'll definitely have to look for a new unit if they do something similar in the future.

Very helpful to me & my mom. Especially my mom is a senior and doesn't know about computers very friendly. I would highly recommend anyone to go here.
