Public Storage

So I really had to think about this review. Because the staff and cleanliness of this facility makes this place an easy 5 star. But the biggest problem with this location is the hours. If they decide to change it back to pre covid hours when it was 8am to 8pm, this review would change back to a 5 star easy.

Not only do they offer a variety of storage unit sizes to meet your needs, but their customer service is top-notch. From the moment I first called to inquire about storage options, I was impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They took the time to answer all of my questions and even helped me determine what size unit I would need based on the items I planned to store. When I arrived at the facility to rent my unit, the process was quick and easy, thanks to the knowledgeable and efficient staff. The storage units themselves are clean, well-lit, and secure. I feel confident that my belongings are safe and protected while they're stored there. And if I ever have any questions or concerns, the staff is always available to help. Overall, I highly recommend [insert public storage facility will and Christina for anyone in need of storage. They offer great rates, excellent customer service, and a secure and convenient storage solution.

The facilities are pretty clean and well kept. Be careful if you rent multiple units that you do them at the same time. We rented one unit online and ended up needing extra storage so we got an additional one once we arrived to Public Storage but there were issues with adding the extra unit to our account. Ended up getting charged a late fee because we couldn’t see the other unit on our account. Also shoutout to Kachelle who works the front desk! I had some questions with two storage units I had and she was able to answer all my questions and even stayed a bit past closing to help me! Somebody get her a promotion!

Very friendly people
