Extra Space Storage

This is an update of a review I posted awhile ago. I think I accidentally deleted it, not being real tech savvy. Mike has done an AWESOME job of supporting me, a customer from Michigan, with a daughter living in Mount Pleasant. My daughter needed some space to store some items for awhile. He just assisted me with a challenge, resolving the challenge to my great satisfaction. Peace of mind for a dad not living in the area - you made my day, Mike! Sooo glad we rented in your facility!! I just rented a storage space for the first time. Mike, the staff person that helped me, is an asset for ESS. He is knowledgeable, pleasant, very helpful and does not rush you through the process. The facility is very clean and the temperature being maintained is perfect.

10/10 recommend. Super easy and great location/facility. Mike Malloy was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly get us set up. This is my second time using Mike and this location. Once again, it was squeaky clean. Highly recommend this location and Mike!
