The exceptional customer service by the Manager, Shannon Bailey, the ease of completing the lease agreement and explanation of terms, convenient location, cleanliness of the facility, level of security and comfort in storing my personal belongings. Albeit more space than I need, I know there is always an option to move to a smaller unit. This is the third Extra Space Storage I have used and it is, by far, the BEST.

Very pleased with the unit leasing process. Shannon was able to help me select the perfect unit and gave me a tour of the facility. She was quick and efficient with getting the paperwork set up. Also, the place was clean and the A/C in the main office was a blessing coming from the outside heat. I would highly recommend this location.
