The best experience here getting signed up and able to access a good storage unit : Chenice was incredible on both days and held the special rate while I decided between two other properties. Jazmin was a welcomed energy while going thru all elevator and code entry procedures. This is a secure place to store things and extra care is taken with security on each floor. Thank you for my new little ‘home’ great job everyone! I am, however, concerned that the bad reviews that others have posted concerning a bait and switch tricks that have been done to several who have rented here concerning sudden price jumps only a few months in - I do not ever want this to happen to us as we are looking forward to a smooth relationship with this company. I have history with Extra Storage, too! I rented from two other locations both in Orlando Florida and Sherman Oaks and neither had an issue with prices increasing ever and the monthly rental stayed the same for years and years. Let’s hope this also stays the same as I’m happy to rent a storage unit here and loved the customer service that I received.

I would like to thank Chenice a beautiful girl inside and out for helping us with our storage situation. I'm truly grateful for Chenice. She stayed later just for us to help us get situated with the storage. . Shes is very dedicated in what she does. Thank you sweetheart for coming through for us that evening.
