Online rental is a fast and easy way to secure a unit. Registration and payment went smoothly and efficiently. The next step after completing purchase is a bit more tricky. Finding the unit I purchased has not been so easy. I went over before having to go to work to inspect and lock the unit. For the life of me I could not find the unit number given to me. I tried to follow the map location and still came to a dead end. My unit is suppose to be drive up with multiple accesses to the unit. The numbers on the units do not correspond with the unit number I was given. Example of what I am saying. I was given unit D2**4. There is a D section but it only goes up to 76 there are no quad unit numbers. I know I am in the right facility otherwise I would not have been granted access to the entrance of the storage facility. I looked at all the downloaded paperwork I had to sign for a clue as to how to locate my unit. No such luck. My only option now is to visit when office is open, which will have to be on my day off, because I work from 8am - 7pm. I was instructed to secure the unit within 24 hours. That is impossible now. The office is closed when I go to work and when I get off work. My experience of renting this unit has been scared by this issue. So I give a three star rating.
