Love ExtraSpace Irvine ! Fast friendly and responsive staff . Really clean facility well located not too far off the 5 and 405 near the Y. Competitively priced in the area . Used perfect space for 6 months for my 25’foot Rockwood Minilite RV . Will be using them again in November . Was by far the most responsive and helpful place I called , and I called 7 OC facilities before using them . No regrets . Strongly recommend . Just watch the dip in the approach path to the back - it jarred my hitch and I would encourage them to make the dip 6 inches more shallow.

This is my first time EVER renting out a storage and I was so nervous and stressed as I’m not in the best position w my life right now. I’ve been laid off and I have to be out of my apartment end of this week, therefore I’m on a very tight budget and in need to store my personal items somewhere asap. I found Extra Space Storage online and noticed they have the highest reviews of any storage location so I decided to come by to my nearest location. When I arrived I was kindly greeted by a gentleman and helped by Lexi who was beyond kind, patient and generous with the whole process. I had viewed several promotional rates online and she did her best to get me the best rate and helped me tour the storage for my best options. I do not have words to say how AMAZING and AWESOME LEXI made this experience for Me. She made it so simple and explained everything quite clearly, I am so glad I ran into her today as this has made my whole moving situation 10x easier. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone in need of storage, especially this location! ??
