Madison was great helping me today and very friendly also.

My friend has another storage in san leandro on ashland. There was a roof leak. I told the manager there and she says you have to call corporate so I did and that did not help. So I went to speak to manager again but was not working. So Latoya called Maddison and she called district manager and got us moved to a different storage in 5 minutes. She was so great. Took the time to take care of us and it was not even her customer. Thank you so much for your help. And that's how you take care of a customer.

The management team @ this location are really awesome! Madison my girl, whom I’ve known for some time now, has always been friendly and had a great energy and goes above and beyond to provide exemplary customer and service and I appreciate her soooo much! Ben also is a person who always has a great and friendly energy about himself and has gone above and beyond to provide customer service. These two are my absolute favs!!!
