The customer service that I have received from Alex & Christina at store 0819 is without a doubt the best customer service that I have received from any company in a very long time!

Not only did we get our storage space, we also had a fun time including a terrific golf cart ride.

I picked the absolute worst moving company but the BEST storage facility! R&M transportation has been the worst moving experience because of their office management and organization. They were supposed to deliver my home goods a week ago but that didn’t happen. I had to leave town for a funeral and they tell me they’re going to deliver my stuff after I left the day of delivery. Not having family or close friends in the area I was getting very stressed. I called Alex, manager at extra space storage, and he was able to reassure me that he would be on site for the movers and would be able to take care of the drop off. Moving is already stressful but Alex has definitely turned this experience around for me.
