    1/10/23 EDIT #2: I was immediately contacted by Rob after noting the concerns below and I can say that Public Storage takes all comments related to the customer's experience seriously. He confirmed that a manager is in the process of being hired for this site, so I am confident that my recent experience related to my original edit is uncommon and unlikely in the future. I appreciate the prompt resolution. 1/10/23 EDIT to original review: I've left 2 messages to notify management that I've moved out of one unit (I had two) and have not received a return phone call. My account is showing as late and as far as I know, I'm being charged daily for a unit I moved out of. It appears that when a reservation is made, you are called quickly & multiple times until you come in a pay for the unit. When you move out, it's a different story and you can't reach anyone. They need to hire a manager for this site. I was told they do not have one. 1/8/23: I had spoken with several people throughout the week of my scheduled unit rental. And when I arrived we had a bit of a snag in the reservation. however, Allie went above and beyond to get the situation resolved as quickly as possible. She was very courteous and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. Due to this, I will continue renting from public storage and would refer them to others looking to store their items.
