    I had rented a storage unit from Public Storage in Texas and CO. Sarah at the Inwood Rd. Location in Dallas TX was most helpful trying to get me account information regarding my rental history. At first my fax # wasn't connecting with her Fax machine and after 12 attempts she still worked with me to find another way to receive this information. Thank you so much!
