    Went to my storage for the first time since June of last year with what I thought was the correct key. Turns out, I was wrong and began panicking. I went to the office where I was pleasantly greeted by a smiling manager, Laura. I explained my situation and she went up to the unit to help me, all the while assuring me everything would be fine. As soon as we got to the unit she noticed my unit number was written on my lock, not a typical thing apparently. She asked that I give her just a moment and she would return. To my delight she returned with 2 keys in hand. The keys opened my lock! Turns out I had never picked them up after requesting a lock cut last year. I am so thankful! Will definitely recommend everyone to store with her.

    I was renting storage at a very difficult time. Sara was the agent on site when I arrived. I found her to be most helpful and informed during a very stressful time. Shewas very patient with me as I could not decide which unit was best. She took her time and explained all the details. I had no questions when I left my belongings behind. When I came in the close my account and vacate the space - it was the same great service. I have used other facilities in the past and can say the service is what sets this location apart from the others. I would recommend to anyone who has a need to use this location of Public Storage and be sure to ask for Sara.
