Rented at fair market rate initially though they required 4 months rent up front. Immediately after raised rent by 68% even though still posting rentals for less than my original rent on their site -- which is by definition the actual market rate. When I called, service staff literally said "once you are moved in they automatically raise your rate a lot. People just pay it because it's too hard to move. That's just how they operate here." I pointed at that she is describing an openly predatory business practice which is just plain dishonest. Response: "that's just how it is here". I was fooled by the high reviews which other reviewers have pointed as fake reviews that people are coerced into providing. Just check out their Better Business Bureau complaints -- almost 100 times (!!) more than their competition in the area. They are not certified and most complaints talk about their openly corrupt rent hike scams.
