    I called the other day to get information in a storage unit for a friend moving to the area. I spoke with Kristie and she was very professional and informative. She was friendly, professional, and able to answer all my questions. Good customer service is hard to come by these days but Kristie’s customer service was exceptional and refreshing.

    Lucy and Christi are amazing.... I have been storing my stuff here since the end of October and Its been an awesome experience from online(contactless entry) to in office making a payment.     Rented a space in December pending a move in January thinking we would need the additional storage space. Ended up not needing the unit. Christie called me as my auto pay was rejected, and I hadn't gotten a chance to go out there and close the account. She was SO understanding and kind and told me once I made the payment she would close out the account. I was perfectly fine with paying as it was on me for not taking care of it in a timely manner. Once the payment was processed, I called Christie back and she closed out the unit. She was kind, professional and understanding. Great experience for something I didn't even end up needing.
