Extra Space Storage

The Property Manager Brian is so awesome and really understands how to treat his customers with respect and dignity. When I inquired about a new monthly rate increase he noticed I could possibly qualify for a lower rate and submitted it while I was on the phone and got it approved within minutes! I feel Brian and his staff truly take care of the security of my property in their storage units and in force the rules to keep out trespassers and maintain a safe environment for all paying customers! Brian is a professional and I would recommend this storage facility to anyone considering a secure place to store their belongings.

Edit/Update: Brian assisted me today with my concerns and did a very good job. I’ll give them another try. ? Just got a unit today. Lots of issues to start. Not the guys fault. He did great. He just was clueless as to what had happened. His name was Matt I believe. His customer service was great. My only concern is the security here. I don’t know how well I trust their cameras based on all the reviews or even the look of them in person, and there is not someone on site at night like most locations. I got the best insurance and a rechargeable 4g LTE security camera for my unit, just to be safe. Besides that, the units are clean, the bathroom was clean, the staff was friendly and professional! I suggest these guys to others in need of storage! ?????
