    I was in need for a storage unit. 2 weeks ago I had walked into Extra Space Storage on 2715 Dublin BLVD. I was very kindly greeted by a nice lady, introduced myself told her I was just looking. I had looked all over town and then finally as situations dictated, on Saturday, August 5th, I had no choice but to get a storage unit. I walked in to find 2 extremely hostile men verbally abusing this poor woman. I was in horror to see this. after they had left, she was visibly shaken, and I am amazed at her professionalism! not only was she recovering from her verbal attack but she remembered me from our first encounter. she provided her name, Sarah. I had asked her if she was ok, and she was shaken but continued to assist my needs. I had asked to see differences in unit sizes, and she was more than happy to take me around the facility. I had pulled up the location on my phone at hopes they were running any specials. I told her my budget, and IN AMAZEMENT, she helped me, went above and beyond to assist in getting me in the unit I wanted. I had to say all of this, to get to this, Sarah is nothing short of PHENOMINAL!!! not only was she able to shake off her verbal abuse, but she went above and beyond to assist a brand new customer. this shows volumes to her character, integrity, professionalism, and customer service. I am extremely pleased to be a new customer, at a facility where I feel confident in placing my personal belongings. You cannot place a price, on peace of mind. Please give credit, and commendation to Sarah, Store Manager of Dublin BLVD. she is a priceless asset to your establishment, and company. it is my pleasure and honor. extremely pleased. if I could, I would give 10 stars.

    Sarah, the property manager, was awesome to work with! They raised my rate by 31% after only two months of renting. I was not happy until Sarah successfully advocated for a reduction in my rate increase. She got the company to agree to an 11% increase instead! She was very polite, professional, and kind to secure me the reduced rate increase!
