Extra Space Storage

Excellent, friendly service.

I’ve been using this storage place for many years, having just recently moved to Ventura. This year I downsized my storage to one of the smaller sized area to save $. I was surprised to see the prices had significantly gone up. From $75.00 to $92.00. Just this past week I had stopped by to use my storage unit, and had received a postcard from Extra Storage Place, but it was blank. I spoke with Karen in the office, & she explained unit prices are going up at least $27.00 on the 1st of September. I like was shocked by the amount, and have asked here to speak with someone to ask if there’s any discounts, available. I should be hearing back any time.

Our experience was top notch! Karin is knowledgeable, accommodating, and so nice! The facilities are clean and have a variety of storage sizes to choose from. My only suggestion is to add a military discount! I would then recommend it to everyone! Keep up the personal knowledge regarding your customers!!
